Sickness getting worse

Yes, I always had nausea before but now I’m sick most days

Have you found anything that's helps? I don't know if I need to go back to midwife. How are you coping? X I had nausea for first 13 weeks and no sickness now I have sickness and nausea all day everyday

Yeah mines picked up speed, I have medication (have been on it since 7weeks as it’s been bad) and I have to be on top of it and really have small frequent meals (main meal basically at lunch time) and really stay hydrated otherwise it’s just going to be a day/evening of being sick.

Have you tried the wristbands you can get? I find that in between being sick I’m not too bad, just tired, but it’s worse if I don’t eat so eating little and often is good.

@Claire do you mean travel sickness wristbands? I didn't know that would help with this. I have been trying to snack when i can but still nauseous all the time

@Lizzie I have asked doctor for cyclazine that helps calm for a little while but still feel nauseous. Oh okay will try drink more, hopefully that helps too x

Yes, my friend is pregnant with twins and swears by them

So I found Cyclizine made me worse or wore out really quickly, I’m now on Prochlorperazine and it’s actually made a difference to where I feel a little more human! Always go back to your GP if you think it’s not working! Hope you feel better soon! X

I haven’t actually been sick but I’ve found my nausea is constantly here all day every day since 12 weeks - before then, my nausea wasn’t all day, unlike my last pregnancy. I just want us all to feel a bit normal again with more energy!

Yes mine did around then and has just started to subside again!

Travel sickness wrist bands definitely help me, although I’m also on cyclizine which has stopped me from actually throwing up. Hope you find something that gives you relief soon 🤞
