Nuffield Road medical centre
I’m moving home and thinking of swapping from Arbury Road surgery to Nuffield Road medical centre but the reviews on google are worrying. I then looked at reviews for Arbury Road surgery and they seem pretty bad too.
Does anyone have any comments to share please? It would be much much closer to new place for me to switch..

Nuffield road was awful, I could never get appointments, would call first thing and be in a queue for 45 minutes to then be told to call back the next day. My stepmum is also with them and massively let down, and the doctors she gets through to don’t listen to her at all. I’d avoid xx

Oh my goodness I advise massively against it!!!!!! I switched to Arbury from Nuffield and am finally able to see a dr the same week. At Nuffield I’d be waiting for weeks. I’d always end up having to call 111 and go to clinic 9 to be seen at 6:30pm. They’ve let my mum down massively who is still there. From my experience I’d remain at Arbury as you may not be able to switch back if you find your experience the same as mine as they’re strict on catchment areas
