My twins were born on the 9th but their due date was yesterday. They are drinking 4oz of expressed breast milk and the odd bottle of formula every 3 hours and have been for about a week. It varies but always more than 3oz. The midwife said this is normal. They’re putting on weight lovely x
My little boy was born 27th Oct and is drinking 2-4 ounces (60-120ml) every 3 hours x
My girl was born on the 21st October too and it’s also on 120 ml (4 ounces) and sometimes we make a 5 ounce bottle as she likes a little more! My health visitor said they will drink what they need and not to be concerned. My girl was born 8lb 15 so she was a big girl! Xx
I also had mine on 21/10 and she is having up to 90 ml every 2-3hrs! She’s really going for it when we feed her- so we upped it this week after asking the midwife. She’s a little baby though - was born 6lb 1oz and her last weigh-in on weds was 6lb 4oz
Hey lovely. I had my baby girl on the 23rd oct. She drinks expressed breast milk in the day, and formula at night. She drinks 60ml of each currently. She has gained weight so were doing something right hehe. You could always speak to your health visitor, if your wondering and would like some reassurance or guidance x
