Were the same and not crawling yet! He so wants to and is up on hands and knees rocking but can’t grasp the movement bit 😂 Also, all babies do develop at different rates. I’ve worked with lots of babies in the past and found crawling can be met anywhere between 8-11 months and some babies skip crawling and just walk first :)
Please dont worry normal range for crawling is 7-10 months there is plenty of time 🥰
No need to worry, my first son was around 9 months before he could crawl and sit unaided. They all develop at their own pace
Very difficult not worry he seems not to have the landau reflex when held either which worries me a bit. He’s still weak. Thank you all though 🙏
We're 7.5m and not crawling either, but some babies do completely skip crawling! My partner did and was walking by 9 months, my LG is already pulling herself up to stand sometimes soooo we might be skipping crawling too 😅😅
My LG is 8m next week and isn't crawling yet, she's up on her knees/rocking/going backwards and stands well but she's just not grasping the crawling movement yet. I'm not worried about it yet infact for as much as I'm looking forward to her doing it im also savouring not having to chase her about the house 😂 x
He's fine yet. My little man's no where near crawling yet, can't sit up yet either! My little girl wasn't crawling at this stage either and she was walking by 10-11 months.
My LO showed no progress with crawling then at 8 months exactly he just got up and did it. Domt worry, they say anything between 7 and 12 months is normal xx
Mine crawls but my best friends baby who is 9 months almost 10 now doesn’t crawl at all and shows no signs of it. She rolls and sits up. Hated tummy time ever since. I guess your LO will just skip the crawling phase. They’re on their own timing so don’t stress about it too much
My first baby didn’t crawl until around his first birthday. I really wouldn’t worry.
My LB is the exact same, he was 8 weeks premature so I’m expecting him to be behind on milestone but I wouldn’t be too worried, they all do things in their own time 🥰
