Depends how much you're wanting to spend 😂 and depends on what kind of material, we really wanted a wooden one and had already had a 6x6 base down in our garden (I'd originally planned for a greenhouse 🫣😂) so ended up getting this for my boys last Christmas, on the more expensive side but didn't think for that sized wooden playhouse it was too bad a price really! We paid less than that last year too, think we had a coupon code at Robert days! @Nicola I think that's what we did last year! Plus I think I signed up to Robert days mailing to get an extra 5% off or something like that! Id check delivery times though if you're hoping for it in time for Christmas, when we ordered ours it said 6-8 weeks I think but then turned up a week later 😂😂 x
