@Sharnee i haven’t tried to break it but it’s like a weird jelly blob. I also have the feeling of something “popping” when I’m peeing and the feeling of something falling out but nothing is falling out 😅
That's a bit of your mucus plug. I lost mine numerous times from 35 weeks. It's from bub getting bigger and pushing down. If you get blood in it, then you know bub is ready to come.
Could be parts of your mucus plug - any blood or any cramping? Lmao I’ve had the same sensation and only to look down and find a weird disc shaped solid jelly type thing floating about. Definitely freaky stuff during pregnancy 😂
Mucus plug lovely. Any blood in any of them? Mine had a bit and bubba was born the next day, second pregnancy had some for a few days
@Bec no, no blood in any of them which is why I’ve been confused. It’s my second pregnancy & I’ve been loosing them for about 2- 3 days 😅
How many weeks are you? Bub must be pushing down and getting into position
Mine came out numerous times from 35/36 weeks, most of the time with little/medium amounts of blood. I gave birth at 39+2 & completely lost the mucus plug around 8 hours prior to delivering ☺️
@Bec I’m 38 weeks, first baby came at exactly 39 weeks. Midwife told me that bubs ready and in position so now I’m just anxiously waiting 😆
I lost little bits here and there as it regenerated to help keep bacteria out, but as soon as I hit 38 weeks it started coming out more consistently and more in volume, bub was sitting so low and felt like he was coming out too so I was scheduled for an induction at 40w (I could barely walk he was that low!), he came naturally at 38w6d I think it was. My “bloody show” just looked like this x3 with some blood streaks, my water didn’t break until about an hour before he was born, and my contractions were 1 minute apart already for an hour or two before it broke so was already at hospital. Everyone is different, but this was my experience in symptoms and timeline that followed. Keep an eye on it if it increases in consistency or volume, and get any last things for bub done now just in case you have a similar experience, your bub could be here before you know it!
