We use the tommee tippee prep machine for at home durring the day. Then when we are out and about and at night time we take a flask of hot water, rapid cool, pots of measured out formula and clean sterilised bottles either upstairs or out to do the hot shot method. Working well for us 7 weeks in

My formula didn't have to be hot boiled water, just boiled water. I had water measured in bottles, formula measured in the little pot. Then just dumped the formula into the water. Never had an issue and took a total of 20 seconds.
We pre make . Then heat up on go. A mindwife told us you don’t have to heat formula.babies will drink it room temperature, it being warm just a preference.
I take the pre made bottles out with us they’re like a £1 each
