Yes i had to go to the docs and they gave me cream to rub and it helped x
Lots of blood in the bowl, sometimes stinging after I go to the loo, fresh red blood. I’ve had them for years 🫠 even pre pregnancy x

ive not ever gone to the doctor for mine. But I also had the same symptoms.
