Visits

We see my in-laws pretty much every other weekend and I'd say there is no minimum your required, if there is issues I wouldn't feel obligated to do anything. We never see my Dad and stepmother bc they are toxic and there's a lot of issues in our relationship I will not expose my kids to that type of environment

Ours babysit 3-4 times a week soooo they can visit anytime they want 😀

I think this all depends on the level of issues, toxicity, disrespect, etc.

My mother visits anywhere from 1-5 times a week except the occasional week where she's busy and can't stop by lol. My MIL on the other hand, we have some issues with her and her new husband so we only visit maybe once every other month, and we tell them if they want to see the baby, they can come to us (they're literally 15 minutes away). If they lived father though, it'd probably still be the same simply due to the issues we have

We used to visit every two weeks for a couple of hours. However mil had terminal cancer. It was however getting difficult to visit as son started to move as her home was very cluttered.
