@Jo no I haven't really, which I should have done I know but just put it down to my hormones! I'd definitely look into that though as I don't want to be this moody person especially when I have 3 girls too! Thank you! Yeah it is hard at times but I'm sure we will make the right decision for all of us.
@Rachel Hormones are horrible. They haven't been so bad for me this pregnancy, but the previous two times I was forever muttering about 'stupid hormones'. They really can be so horrible. I hope you find a way through and have no doubt you'll make the right call for you all.
Have you reached out for support with your mental health in previous pregnancies? We have a local group that supports mums and mums to be, but I'm Gloucestershire, so I'm not sure what you'd have in your area. Also, the perinatal mental health team? It might be that there are people out there who can offer support. It's a hard call. I know I do ok during pregnancy, but struggle after. Trying to work out the best way forward once my daughter is born in January.
