Tantrums

Mine was awful today. The worst tantrum yet. Really hoping it's a phase. I found it really hard to deal with. I try be patient but I end up at the end of my tether and then feel bad after 😔

Yes last week we had the same thing… I thought we wouldn’t come out of it. She’s always slept through the night then all of a sudden she started waking twice a night upset, she’s also been throwing things and just very emotional… but things seem to be getting better!!!

I keep having to walk away and get some air coz I don’t have the stamina for this 🤣 My girl isn’t even bad at all, but she is defo going through a stamping phase

Yes. Awful phase at the moment, had a terrible weekend with her this weekend 😞

Yeah and she loves to pick up items and come to hit me or her brother or the dog. It’s infuriating… just doing my best to stay calm. It’s normal, they’re emotional beings who can’t self regulate but wow is it ever frustrating! Oh and sometimes she spits in my face… thattttt tests me patience to the max. Sometimes she goes and sulks in a corner like puts herself in timeout and that’s the best case scenario 😂 My husband uses timeouts, I don’t find them effective so I don’t.

@Abby oh no what's she been doing. Mabel is testing me with everything. If I tell her no it's throw herself to the floor. She's fighting me when comes to undressing and dressing her. If I take her shoes and coat off after coming home she cries she wants them back on. It's come on this last week and it's testing!!
