Baby getting lip/tongue tie released tomorrow
My first baby had her relese at 10 days old.
My second baby will be 6 weeks old this week, and will be getting his release tomorrow.
Has anyone's baby had their release done this late? How terrible was it for the baby the next few days? Was it worth it?
I am so scared that it will be just an awful experience for everyone and that maybe 6 weeks old is now too old and he will have to relearn how to eat 😢
He is EBF, gaining proper weight, sleeping through the night, and super chill. I don't know if I'm making a mistake 😕

My guy was 6 weeks. He took it like a champ, didn't seem to bother him as he healed
I just want to say I hope your baby recovers soon with no issues whatsoever. My baby had it done at 2 weeks old I cried more than him.
