Depression during pregnancy
Is their any free resources I can be directed to ? I’m currently pregnancy ( 7mos ) and my mental health is worse than it’s ever been. I got pregnant after almost finishing my college course where I wasn’t working for the 2 years while doing it so now I have no help or anything and it’s really disheartening :( didn’t wanna put my baby in my situation but I prayed on it and decided to keep my baby but now it’s really hard on me only since the dad is barely helping. 😢

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggle. Please contact your doctor for a referral to the Alberta Women’s Mental Health Clinic. They offer lots of resources for pregnant women in similar situation. I am currently going through the same issue and have started with a psychiatrist for support all under AHS. Wishing you all the best!
