Kicking out.

I have a nearly 14 month old boy. When we change his nappy, he starts kicking his legs and screaming. Anyone else?! He also tries to hit his head off things if he gets angry. Seems he’s much more angry and frustrated if things don’t go his way these days!!

Hey hun my little boy is the exact same, I’ve questioned myself as to why he’s so frustrated but I think it’s just then wanting to get their own way especially my little one he knows he can get away with things more with me than say others x

Yes very similar here. I’m assuming it’s because it’s their own way of communicating but it’s super stressful

Same thing here! My daughter hates having her nappy changes and will kick and scream and wriggle around. We started changing her standing up whilst she plays with something at her little table. It’s the only way I can manage now!

My little one is the exact same, he’s nearly 16 months old and started head butting things a lot, he also does it hard sometimes where he bruises if he doesn’t get his own way especially, with the nappy changes we changed to pull ups a few months ago and it’s literally been a life saver to just pull a nappy up on him when he’s standing up x
