Depending on how far you want to travel, there’s under 1s groups at Wimborne Children Centre and The Centre Ferndown. Most libraries do rhyme time or something similar.

The children centres (now family hubs) do baby groups and stay and play groups which are free to attend. DorPip do baby massage classes which they can get funding for to make it free. Local church groups are usually £1-£2. Not sure if you are in the group Poole Bumps and Babies on facebook but they put a post up each day with what groups are on the next day.
