Teet sizes (MAM)

Hello! I'm heading back to work in the new year so need to get the wheels in motion to transition/combi onto pumping and bottles from ebf. Baby girl is 6 months currently and took a bottle once in the very early days when I had blocked ducts, so was needs must. What teet flow/size should I go out and buy? I have the MAM bottles which I'll stick with. She's only ever known boob so which flow replicates that? It would be a shock to the system if it was too fast! Thanks in advance X

My almost 7 month old is combo fed as well and is still on the size 2 Mam nipples! Size 3 is way too fast.

Thanks for this. A number of people have said the same thing so I will give the 2s a go :)

10.5 months and on teat 1

You want the teat to be the slowest/ most like your flow to ensure proper pace feeding. We’re 7 months in and still on 0.

I'd use either size 1 or even 0 as others have said you need it to be as slow as can be because otherwise you risk bottle preference
