How long did your first period take to come back?
My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 11 weeks in September 21. I still haven’t had my first period.

Sorry you went through this…. Mine happened 5 weeks after and lasted for 3 weeks :/
I’m at 7 weeks since my miscarriage and no period, I’m just wondering if there should be any concerned. My Dr told me 4-6 weeks.
I’m nearly 8 weeks post d@c and have had no ovulation/period but spotting due to low estrogen / thin lining, dr said my overies are ‘sleeping’ and haven’t started the cycle yet

I was advised it could be anywhere between 4-8 weeks. I got my first period at 6 weeks.
