I bought my little girl an indoor trampoline for last Christmas (she was 1.5) it says for 3+ but she's been fine with it. It's not springs like a proper trampoline, it's elasticated so it's a bit safer but not so bouncy. She's loved it though.

you can buy those little ones with the handlebar? she will get to jump but bit safer as they aren’t as strong of a bounce xx
@Katie see that’s what I have in my cart one with handle bars and stuff I was just wondering bc it says 3and up but now Ima just get it
@Ellie-May she’s jumped on one before but it was a one time thing for like 3 minutes then I freaked out
I never heard they weren’t supposed to be on trampolines. We bought a big one with the net around it for his second birthday and he LOVES it. The bounce is only as big as they can make it which isn’t much when they’re young
@Jessica PT said it could mess with their bones and stuff freaked me out I get so scared when she jumps bc they don’t have knee caps lol stupid ik
@Jessica I've never heard of this either, we did the same and bought my daughter one with a net around for her second birthday she's 3 now and still uses it
We brought a trampoline for my oldest but our youngest who was about 2 still used it. Mainly to run round in circles.
@Karen lol I could just see my daughter doing the same thing lol she does it on our bed all the time
You could get her one of those bouncy chair things you hang from a doorframe and put a thick mat under her feet. I was an a id bouncer as a baby. I spent hours in those things. https://a.co/d/4Un0tWA
Or something like this… https://avenlur.com/products/tulip-foldable-baby-bouncer-with-harness
We are saving up for one of these https://www.tumbltrak.com/boundex-sensory-cuddle-box-lycra/
AAP recommends kinds under 6 never use a trampoline… their bones and joints aren’t developed enough to handle the impacts and can be injured much easier 🥺

Just let her jump. My two year old figured out how to jump at 18 months and hasn’t stopped since. She’s got a trampoline at home and is in gymnastics.
I have a inside smaller trampoline with a bar on it so she can hold onto it and jump I got it from Walmart for like $50
Buy her a trampoline with a net around it
