High bbt negative pregnancy
Does this look triphasic? I’m 11 dpo and testing negative for pregnancy but my bbt increased again

Ooooh!! Thank you so much for your help! This is my second month tracking and I’m still trying to get the hang of it!!! My baseline temp last month was 97.3, do baseline temps typically vary a lot month to month?
Yeah I think baseline temps do differ! If you did ovulate earlier though and your temp doesn’t come down on the next couple days I would take a pregnancy test!

The chart isn’t sure you ovulated on CD21, hence the cross hairs. Your BBT came down and you need to have 3 consecutive temps that are higher than the previous 6 to confirm ovulation, which didn’t happen on / after CD21. I would actually say you ovulated on CD28.
