Oh crap potty training

So I’ve started potty training on Monday and for those who’ve read the book with that title, we’re on block 2. Anyways my question for those who’ve read the book and have already potty trained is should I put a diaper back on him for church (Sunday)? They have this kinda like child care thing while the service is going on so he won’t be with me the whole time. Or should I just tell who he’s gonna be with that he’s potty training and he might possibly tell them when he has to pee Obviously I’m taking and extra set of clothes just in case but I’m a little worried that it’ll confuse him to put the diaper back on after a week of not using one. Sorry for the long post lol.

I don’t remember the layout of the book well, but I personally wouldn’t put the diaper back on at all. If you can, I’d try to leave him with family or someone that will tolerate an accident— unless you trust the individuals at your church to handle it well, that’;dbe fine too, I just would avoid diapering again.

No more diapers. 😬 I would just let him try to go potty right before, let them know he’s started learning and that he doesn’t have a diaper on, and make sure he knows who to ask/tell when he needs to go and what to say. And show him the bathroom beforehand, in case there’s anything different/unfamiliar. He might have an accident, but that’s okay… part of the learning process. Good luck to you both!

Thank you both so much. I appreciate it
