Aldi Formula

I’m planning on formula feeding my baby and considering using Aldi’s Mamia infant formula. Does anyone use this and can tell me how it is? I’ve heard it’s a copy of Aptamil but almost half the price which is super helpful, but haven’t seen of a lot of people actually using it.

I remember during covid my friend used the mamia infant because she couldnt get Aptamil think toilet roll gate, she said it looked less thick if that makes sense, but she now has a lovely healthy four year old! I just text her and she laughed and said they’re all the same and she can’t believe she was so worried! But you always are with a new born never mind during a pandemic 🤣 Also, I wanted to use SMA but my boy didn’t seem to like it and kept spitting it up so we tried Aptamil and he kept it down so we stuck with it. So just go with what you want ♥️

I switched my daughter from Aptamil to Mamia - for some reason Aptamil became really hard to get where I live for a period of time. The formula make up is pretty similar too. I switched my little girl months ago and she’s been absolutely fine on it. Bonus that you can buy 2 tubs for the price of 1 Aptamil tub too🤩

I used mamia formula for my son from newborn until he went onto cows milk. We never had any issues with it ☺️ definitely a bonus for the price too!

We started on aptamil and went to Aldi. Never looked back it’s been fab and she’s nearly a year. Can’t argue with the price either. They all legally have to have the same things in them

We started on Mamia, it caused a lot of pain for mine, then switched to Aptamil which works for us better. If you read the ingredients they are slightly different, just because it might be made in the same factory that doesn't mean it's made on the same line. Factories make different products for different costumers
