did you know you can mute words on here?
go to your settings, then go to “feed settings” and then “mute keywords” will be right at the top for ya.

It isn’t foolproof unfortunately. I have every keyword I can think of relating to pregnancy loss muted and I still get it in my feed every few days. Sure it’s less frequent, but I really don’t want to see it at all.
