Grunting & noises
I know this sounds horrible but I am absolutely sick and fed up of my baby making the loudest noises and grunting all night 😭 it keeps me awake!!! I’ve got ear plugs now too but can still hear it. When does this stop and what even causes it? Is it a normal thing or does it mean they need burping or are uncomfortable?

This is happening to me too at the moment! 5 week old is making THE loudest noises all night- he doesn’t need anything from me, he’s just digesting. I can even hear him through noise cancelling headphones… so, you’re not alone and I understand it does pass x
This was happening to me too, I put my LO on colief and she sleeps silently now!! Xx
Same here with a 6 week baby! She usually starts around 5/6am. She’ll be asleep when she’s making all the noise so I don’t believe she’s in pain or discomfort. I mentioned it to the HV at her 6 week check and she said it’s completely normal. Like you though I’m looking forward to her growing out of it! 🙉

It's normal - my oldest didn't do it but my younger two did/do. The ear plugs help me so I don't have any other advice, unfortunately. It does eventually stop although I don't recall when. It doesn't sound horrible btw! You want to sleep!
