Does anyone else's baby not crawl yet?

Mine absolutely will not be on his tummy. He's the same as yours, wants to walk with help but no interest in crawling. I've got his 10 month health check in a couple of weeks so will see what the health visitor says. I'm sure it's fine as many children skip crawling altogether but my cpncer is that he will have no upper body strength to even push or pull himself up. I've been told taking them to soft play can help. So let's see.

Same here! He has always hated tummy time, can roll but doesn't like being on his belly! No interest or signs of crawling at all! He sits very well too & only really started doing that a few weeks ago! Im just going with the flow🩵

My LG is still not crawling I don’t know if she ever will 🤷‍♀️ but she’s fine sitting up and is happy in herself so not something I’m worried about :)

Ahh thank you ladies, good to know others are the same :) i guess they just develop at their own rates x

No crawling here 👋 But same as you he loves sitting. I’ve been told to stop leaving a halo of toys around him, and play more with balls that roll away. We’ve been throwing balls to and from each other every night and I’d say in the last week I’ve seen improvement with his “want” to stretch further. I also think it’s not helped him sitting on our big shaggy rug. I’ve noticed he moves around more on wooden floors x

Yes mines not crawling! She’s not showing any interest in it either. She’s now standing and holding onto things and sits beautifully but won’t crawl!
