Dried fruit (apricots) helped me along with a little coffee (staying under 200 mg of caffeine a day). I'm also on a probiotic (Symbiotic+ by Ritual) because I have chronic digestive issues. However, I'd call your OB office because it may be a bigger concern.
Are you eating fruit daily? Make yourself a smoothie with 3 kiwis and a banana. No milk. Just water. Avoid/reduce sugar that constipates. Let us know how that works!

@Bri yeah I think itās the not drinking caffeinated coffee whatās made it this way that was my regular routine in the am is to drink coffee and it would stimulate it I think Iāll try that Iāve always had digestive issues as well and take garden of life probiotics daily and drink a cup of kefir I think itās my prenatals are the main issue š«
