1 hour nap around 1030am then a wee 20 mins around 4. Bed at 7pm and up anytime between 7am - 8am
Sounds like it’s time to stretch those wake windows to 3+ hours and bring bedtime forward to 6.30/7. It happened quite suddenly for our LO, she just wasn’t tired anymore until at least 3h at around the same age and skipped that 3rd nap quite a few times before we changed things. Our schedule is quite similar: 6.30-7.15am wake up 9.30/10am first nap (2h) Around 3pm second nap (30 mins) 6.45/7pm bedtime
2x 30min naps but she sleeps 12 hours with one quick feed overnight
