@Unique did you only need the balloon method? What day did you go in to have her on the Sunday? I’m not sure how dilated I am but I assume I have to be dilated for them to insert it
@Sophie okay went in 11am saturday they started everything by 1pm. First pill to dialate, then once at 1cm, ballon (with fentanyl for discomfort and pain) 4-6 hrs later (they broke my water) her heart rate dropped drastically multiple times (barley got to do alot of pictocin dropped probably from fentanyl and epidural or even the lil pictocin either way had to get an emergency c section
@Sophie yes at least 1 cm thats what the pill helped me with it was a suppository they out in
@Unique I did it! Went in at midday had the balloon in, by midnight my water had broke 6 hours later his heart rate started dropping so I had an emergency c section all in 23 hours and I’m struggling with recovery of the c section:(
Okay just had the ballon sunday to have my daughter!! Did not hurt but the contraction with the ballon WAY MORE INTENSE cant lie. And one the ballon popped out it did hurt like hell. Besides tht putting it in i opted in to get fentanyl injection so i was super relaxed and calm and was already 1 cm dilated. Dont overthink it like i did and relax ur body!
