Rapid cool

Use the hot shot method then you don’t need to sterilise. Put whatever ml of water you need into your bottle and pour into the rapid cool leaving 30ml in your bottle, put the lid on the rapid cool and shake. Add your formula scoops to your bottle and swirl to mix, then once rapid cool has finished pour water back into the bottle. This way you don’t need to sterilise or even wash. I just mine a rinse in the morning that’s all.

We just put boiling water in ours too so no need to sterilise. I do sterilise it once a week though with a Milton tablet x

Use as above just by pouring the majority of the boiled water in to cool while the remaining boiling water is put in the bottle with the milk. Just clean it with hot soapy water and rinse once a week or whenever the lid has been left on for a long time as tiny bit of water stays in it.
