My son is 22 months old, and we have finally slowed down, so I'm grateful. He should be weaned off soon. I honestly just went with the flow, he has started asking for it much less, I make sure to always having him satisfied and full when it comes to food. His were mostly for comfort. I tell him boobies are sleeping when he asks, and just distract him with a toy n such. He will cry from time to time but with the consistency it helps.

During the day when asked I'd offer a drink, snack or dummy then only give it if all were no cos I knew it was probably cos she was hurting/ill. We are on one feed a day now (she's 2) but have been down to 2 since that age most of the time.

I feel that too I think about wanting to throw in the towel but I just keep breastfeeding because he needs it. He’s just a baby and we’ve already come so far together and sometimes I still love snuggling up together just me and baby he’s almost a year
