@Violeta💕 sure 1.Organic collard greens soaked and cleaned in pure lemon juice and warm water, then chopped 2.Seasoned Smoked whole turkey wing pressure cooked for 50 min until tender 3. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers in grapeseed/avocado oil 4. Add smoke turkey wing meat without the bones to sauté 5. Season with onion powder, roasted garlic powder, generous amount of smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper and any other seasoning you like then chop and mix together while sautéing 6. Add cleaned and chopped collard greens 7. Add turkey juice from the pressure cooker to the pot…add more seasonings 8. Add bay leaf and liquid smoke and more salt to taste 9. Bring to a light boil then turn down to simmer until collards are tender 10. Be sure to mix and stir every so often
