Had one already, having my second November 13th

I had two back to back.

Just one. I want one more child but I hope to vbac.

@Omalicha was your second one easier? Recovery an all wise?

3 and done

I had an emergency and 19 months later had an elective. Not planning anymore. The recovery from elective has been so much better than the emergency but I personally struggled with the prep of the anaesthesia, the surgery it’s self was easy going for both.

3 c-sections

I had 2. Will be on my 3rd this coming May/June.

I had 3. 1 emergency and 2 planned. I'm done, I had my tubes out during my last csection.

2, and hell no 😭 i wouldve had my tubes tied during this last one, but the hospital i deliver at doesnt do tubals because theyre a Catholic based hospital.

1 emergency, 1 elective 19 months later and a final elective this coming January 31 months later.

1 and then a vbac

Number 2 next month and probably will have a 3rd or 4th if I have no issues. I had so little scar tissue that my sonographer had no idea I had a Caesarean. Just hoping to space them out 2/3 years between for max recovery and minimal issues.

1 emergency 1 elective 21 months apart and I plan on having 2 or 3 more c sections

@Hannah my second one was little bit easy because I did stuff different

One and planning to have another one soon

I’ve had an unplanned c section and when we have another baby I plan on scheduling one.

1 unplanned, hoping for VBAC next time

2 and I don’t plan on having anymore!

I’ve had one. Probably planning on 2 more. A bit worried about trying a vbac

I had 2 emergencies. My second was supposed to be a VBAC, but she was too big to pass through the birth canal. I was pregnant two years in a row. First time having 6+lb twins, and 14 months later, a 9lb 11oz singleton. I got my tubes removed with my youngest, so no more babies for this tired mama.😮‍💨

Two emergency c-sections 17 months apart. I would definitely like another but not for 4-5 years. And then possibly a fourth depending on how I feel/scar tissue etc

Vaginal then elective

I’ve had 1, do they recut the same wound??

@Ellie yes

1 c section in august will most likely have one more not planning on having more than two babies

1 emergency and 1 elective and no more babies for me xx

3 and I want one more

I’ve had 1 emergency ceserean, and planning a VBAC for my next baby

just 1 and hopefully never again

2 planned sections with no complications. 1st was due to baby being breach and 2nd was by my own choice🤗 Recovery the second time round was quicker but brutal as I also had a toddler to care for. HOWEVER, as I knew what to expect the second time round I did push myself to be more mobile and it helped with my recovery time🤗

3

2, one emergency, one planned

2 emergency 1 elective had my tubes tight with my last son

I have had two but didn’t plan on a c section and I want two more kids

I have had one Cesarean and I am planning on having two more kids

4 my last one was 11 days ago and 🤷‍♀️ what’s in store yet

One emergency and one elective and we’re done I think (my pregnancies were so complicated and likely would be again)

3, I want one more baby so that means one more section too. They cut along the same line - - but I can actually see the three different little cuts going in from the outside haha. And my first three were 14.5 then 15.5 months apart 🫶🏻

2 and we are done. EMCS and ELCS (due to complications in EM) Partner got the snip as planned but it wouldnt have been safe for me to carry another anyway as my lining is quite thin now and would have to be another CS

1 emergency & planning to never ever get pregnant again.

One. All done!

Thank you ladies, for sharing your stories!!!! I have currently had two c-sections, the first one was an emergency and I wanted a VBAC with second but unfortunately moved to a state where doctors “don’t do that” in my area and was not in the position to doctor shop when I first moved here. Currently about to pick up and move across the country, again, and I just found out I’m expecting again! I wanted to know if anyone’s tried having a vbac after two C-sections? Is it possible? I have no idea. Thank you in advance 🙏🏼💪🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Most people say that it is not possible. But the very few say that it is. You would definitely have to shop around to find a doctor willing to do it and most I don’t think are after 2. Where are you moving to?
