@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ this is my post. I had my youngest 9 months ago. & had my laparoscopy around June. I was fine after healing from my op. And wasn’t really getting any problems until beginning of October/mid October & since then everything I had pre op. Has come back worse than ever. Literally been in agony unable to move. It’s all associated on my left side where they’d cut my endo out. I’m honestly to the point I want everything out ( full hysterectomy) but I just have the consultants trying to make decisions for me as (I’m only 23) I have 3 kids and no longer want anymore ive thought about this since before I had my youngest hence why I had them. Because after him I didn’t want anymore and I want everything out. My health is constantly declining and becoming unbearable I can hardly get out of bed at the minute. I just didn’t know if anyone else had experienced this so soon after surgery. But I know every case of endo is different.
I’m surprised you have 3. Congratulations 🎉 I have my one and only rainbow baby. I struggled to get pregnant and stay pregnant with Endometriosis and PCOS. I was sharing my experience. I’m much older than you but am married so I would have to have my husband’s consent to have a hysterectomy sadly. Good luck 🍀
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ well two of them are only biologically mine the other is my step daughter. Unfortunately MC not long before I found out I was pregnant with my youngest ( which I believe was possibly a girl) as I’ve only ever carried boys. I’ve been open with my partner about how I feel with my health and when he witnesses how I am affected by it he supports my decisions no matter what. I’m just scared at the minute as everything is so much worse than it’s ever been before and as I say I only had surgery around 4 months ago. Which was my first ever lap. I’m just sick of this and as I’m so young I just don’t want to continue on with it anymore. I just don’t know how to get the consultants to listen, they don’t take me seriously when I say I want everything removed. I just feel like at this rate a hysterectomy may give me a better chance. I mean if they can medically induce me into menopause why won’t they just give me a better chance and a say in removing everything that impacts endo
My husband supports it. We just have to find a provider on board with it. America sucks for healthcare. I really hope you get things figured out as much as I can too. It’s u fair to suffer
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ thankyou, I wish you the best too. Unfortunately the nhs in the uk are absolutely shocking too if they physically can’t see it they seem to not give a damn but I’m hoping I can keep hassling them to give me what I want despite my age at end of the day I’m the one that’s got to live with the consequences of my choices x
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ did they check for adenomyosis?
@Dolly don’t know what that is but probably not. I live in America. They don’t give a fuck about nobody. I’m gonna try every doctor in every practice til I find someone who is willing to take my organs out. I’m done
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ I live here too and totally understand your frustration. It’s been the same for me. Adenomyosis is a thickening of the uterus which causes similar issues to endometriosis but it’s treated and diagnosed different
@Dolly I have a uterine fibroid on the exterior wall of my uterus but nobody seems to be concerned about it. It grew since I had my son too. I’m just sick of bleeding for 3 1/2 weeks every month and having chunks of clots. It’s so annoying
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ yes usually it’s not a “concern” but annoying. Have they not offered to have it removed? It’s usually outpatient. It’s a quick 30-45 minute appointment
@Dolly nope. Ila new women’s hospital just opened up in my town so I’m gonna try there
I bleed for 3 1/2 weeks every month starting around my child’s date of birth. Nobody has been able to explain why. I’m ready for a full hysterectomy with ovaries included
