Breastfeeding and trying for another baby?
Moms, has anyone had success with getting pregnant while breastfeeding? I am a mama to an 8 month old who wants to start trying again when my baby turns 1 in the next coming months.. but I plan to still be nursing her by then too. I still haven’t started my period either.. just curious any of your experiences because i definitely wonder how breastfeeding will effect my fertility when we want to try again or if I will have to stop before I can get pregnant again? I’d love to keep nursing if I can get pregnant.. but we will see!

I had my period twice before I was pregnant again, but my supply tanked with the new pregnancy that I had to supplement with formula. Best of luck
I breastfed my son all the way up to when i gave birth to my daughter. He was 23 months. And then i began breast feeding her for another 24 months.

Nope! I fully nursed my 18 month old when I conceived and up until the day I went to the hospital with no issues!
