Captain crunch chicken it was my childhood meal my mom made and I now make it :)
@Patience that sounds super interesting. How do you make that?
@Maria you basically just batter your chicken in captain crunch that is smashed to make crumbs and pop it in the oven or air fryer on 350 for around 10 mins (flipping) or until not raw anymore. It’s super good and sweet but not to sweet. My fiancé thought my mom was crazy when he came over and she was making it and now it’s also his favorite meal.

Id say my favorite dish to make sautéed lemon garlic shrimp with grilled onions, pasta with an olive oil based sauce and steamed broccoli or asparagus
Chicken, cheese, rice and broccoli casserole. It's so good and easy to make.
@Patience I’m going by to try that out! That sounds so good.
I make a lot of lamb with rice and vegetables. I just cook the lamb on low heat with good seasoning. Then I wash the rice and cook the rice in the lamb broth. Sometimes I cook the vegetables with it. Sometimes I air fry the vegetables.
For this season, posole rojo.

@Lazara Oooo what is the recipe or exact name. That’s looks so good!
@Lazara the beans look so good! They look like what is made in Brazil!
@Emily it’s fried bananas with jasmine rice and fried chicken. Seasoning for chicken first fry cut onions until golden then lots of seasoning onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, complete seasoning & personally I like smoked paprika. For the beans you can either get canned beans but I cook mine in a pressure cooker with red and green pepper as flavor added and seasoning with everything above plus cumin seasoning.

@Emily honestly my mother’s better at making it. It’s sooo delicious. Had to everyday growing up. but if you want perfect bananas they do sell them fried at the store to warm up in the microwave
@Lazara I will give it a try, thank u :-)
@Lazara they make them in Brazil with stock, cumin, onion, garlic, salt, and fried bacon or other ham. They are good on their own over rice and the taste is so comforting.
