Periods started again?
I think my period is back and it makes me want to cry. I don’t think I’ll be able to cope. I have always had horrible painful periods and was glad to not have them during my pregnancy. I thought I’d have a longer stretch without them as I’m breastfeeding with one bottle of formula at night. Anyone else got theirs back?
Without getting pregnant again how can I stop them??

I had the worse periods before being pregnant! I had my first postpartum period a couple of weeks ago and apart from it being a lot heavier than usual I had minimal cramping! Hoping they stay that way 🤞🏻
@Rachel it’s such a tough thing to have to go through monthly! Like we haven’t been through enough already! 😅 Good question about the progesterone only pill. I might look into that. I wish there was an option to temporarily shut off periods without taking anything hormonal. I thought breastfeeding would be that thing but apparently not!

This is my fear rn. I have endo. I have painful periods but it’s my ovulation that floors me. Full endo belly and pain that ibuprofen doesn’t touch. I could barely cope without a baby but I dunno how I’ll manage with. I’m waiting to see how bad they are when they come back and I may have to go back on the progesterone only pill if I can’t take care of my boy properly because of it. Not sure if you can breastfeed on hormonal contraception or if it affects supply tho.
