I don’t trust WW .

One job I was a manager managing around 6 people in the group had 1 ww and the rest poc, ( she was the newest to the group ) boss was a ww too. This one ww who treated me as a friend and was always so “nice “, would never listen to any instructions I had to give for the day or even when my boss went on vacation, she would get an issue from a customer and call my boss on vacation. Basically she acted like the manager. She would go and pay her self instead of waiting for me to get the envelope, I brought this up a few times with my boss and she would say she would handle it , she never did and let it go on and on, the Ww would then go and talk about me to other coworkers and even tell lies to my boss, until I found out and called her out. She then went crying to my boss telling her I was aggressive (because I spoke sternly to her ) Things like the is happened 3 times in that job with all being new WW who was hired over the span Of 12 years . It’s like they couldn’t see that I could be the manager or someone in charge of them , someone who they had to follow . My boss did the same with them until I told her about it and said I was leaving , explained everything they do and she has not done anything to fix the issues. She was very apologetic and asked what can she do to fix it . I said nothing , I’m done . She was acted super upset about me leaving . But I think it was all a show. I can’t trust any of them.

What is a ww?

@Gabriella did you read the post ?

@Gabriella that's ok, I was going to ask the same thing... all of the acronyms I can think of don't fit this story. And I tried finding the full typed out meaning but couldn't find it. And I was going to say same for POC- as a healthcare provider my mind went to Plan of Care... but then I remembered the other way that acronym is used on this app. So POC must be People of Color, and WW is most likely White Woman.

Not sure what type of feedback you’re expecting on an app full of “ww” white women. If you don’t trust them, then why vent to them here? Just asking to gain an understanding, nothing more.

@Sierra thank you haha, didn't know what poc was either, I thought pcos was mispelled and couldn't make sense of the post 😭 I'm from Australia and I have never heard of these acronyms!

@Respectfully 💯 there’s a lot of black women on this app too love, and a lot of white women who call out other white women for playing the whole victim role.

That sounds sh1tty to go through. I’m sorry you dealt with that. But please don’t let a handful of WW cause you to not trust any WW. If I worked with you I wouldn’t have been of with you being treated like that & also not ok with your boss not appropriately dealing with the situation. -from a WW who’s hoping you found a better place to work at.

This co-worker just sounds like a kiss ass. Especially if she is new and trying to impress the boss, especially by reporting on other staff etc. I have seen it plenty of times in my own workplace, new staff come in, act in a similar way as you described and end up being a supervisor, etc, within a few months 😂 as for trusting white women, trust is usually earned and I hope you meet somebody that can show you not all white women are snakey and worthy of friendship x

@Adeline I thought I meet her , which was my boss . She really ment a lot to me. But I was very young and only now I realized I was so nieve

I agree she sound like a kiss ass and I’ve worked with a lot of white women as well and not even half of them are like that. Don’t let a few put a bad taste in your mouth for all of them

@Respectfully 💯 I actually know it’s filled with Ww that’s why I posted . Because I’m sure there is a lot of them here . Maybe they can see and do some reflecting 😅😅 I also know there is also a lot of decent ones . I haven’t found anything yet tho. There’s a lot of sheep in wolfs clothing, some believe they’re wolfs but does everything like sheeps .

@Coco I don’t have a bad taste . I just cannot trust them .
