TW:Ladies I need help!

This morning I woke up with cramps and light spotting in my vaginal discharge, my period is not due for another 8 days and I had unprotected sex last week sometime but we did the withdrawal method. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or something else? Please help. I’ll post the picture in the comments. Thanks.
