My little girl loves going grocery shopping with me. I put her in the carrier face forward and she gets to see all the boxes and bottles. I get to get the grocery shopping done, she's entertained and it kills about an hour. Plus people LOVE seeing her. She's my little helper
If you have a children’s museum near you check that out. The one in my area is free for kids under 1 and has a baby area.
I’m guilty of taking my baby through target for hours but some things I have tried to introduce are joining some public libraries and doing story time thy also have motor areas for small children Time at the park or museum. Yes it recommends for over a year of age but no one is checking and there’s no harm in exploring for short periods of time Some mundane tasks are also a fun experience to them like the car wash. Honestly I’m stumped too. So I’m here for advice too
Things I do when it feels boring at home: 1) library baby storytime - so fun! 2) play in a different room - or with safe household objects like pots and pans 3) go for walks - she's strapped in, but she loves being outside 4) hangout with friends or family at a friends house - baby loves people! Seeing different faces makes her super happy :)
I'm also here for ideas though... It's a challenge sometimes to keep her entertained 😅
me toooo need some ideas ❤️ sometimes I will put paint on a paper plate or canvas in a ziplock bag and let him play with it in the highchair and we go for a lot of walks or even just sitting in the grass, the texture is good for them
