Definitely normal :) my sons looked yucky, it looked pus’y, my HV said it was all normal even though I didn’t think it was because it was yyyyuck! But 8 weeks PP it’s completely healed and looks great. I’ve kinda learnt that “not normal” is normal 😅
My babygirl looked like this and it fell of within 3-4 days. So it seems very normal to me

This looks OK don't clean it just leave it be and dry... when to worry is if the skin around the belly button is hot or red
