Teeth

Hi everyone so today I noticed my daughters bottom teeth are a bit yellow, we brush them everyday and I’ll admit it’s not for 2 minutes because there’s no way she’ll stand there for that long, just kind of wondering is that normal?

My son's teeth looked yellow when we were giving him carrot juice - is she eating or drinking anything that may be adding a color and not actually "dirty" teeth?

How old is your child?

@Sarah I’m not sure, I mean she eats pretty much everything so I guess it could be anything. I know having yellow teeth can be completely normal but I don’t know to what extent is normal so thought I’d ask

@Jasmine she’ll be 2.5 at the start of Jan

Do you brush her teeth before or after milk at bedtime? If it’s before milk could be a little bit of ‘bottle rot’ x

@Jasmine we brush before because she falls asleep with bedtime bottle, it’s not bad it was just random that it was only on a few of her bottom teeth

I mean it could be. My daughter had a bottle of milk before bed until she was 3, & would fall asleep whilst drinking it, but I’d carry her to the bathroom and brush quickly just to get the milk residue off. It’s not a bad thing, just keep an eye to make sure it doesn’t get any worse. It’ll go once her baby teeth fall out anyway c
