Anyone else else’s child constantly want music on to dance or nursery rhyme videos on the tv ? No we don’t watch cocomelon. She actually asks for what songs she wants on. Is this an addiction or should I let her keep watching them when she wants them on ?

@Kayleigh she’s the same when she’s in the kitchen but when in the living room she wants them on tv she likes the actions and copying x
Listening to music is great for development. It's probably less about the TV and more about the fun of the music!

Yip usually have simple songs on you tube or music on in the background…he’s a big foo fighter fan 🤣 great for his dad but not so much for me lol. Think it’s good for them though, he try’s all the actions and can point to so many body parts which I think is because of all the songs. X

i think it’s fine, we don’t do screen time so use alexa for nursery rhymes and my son will say “lexa baabaa” 😂 and whatever other nursery rhyme he wants on!
