Toddler activities or play groups

Is there any activities or play groups local for during the week & weekends ? I’m sick and tired of just being in stuck in the house with my toddler. (I’m an only parent &don’t have no support) it’s getting to the point where I am snapping at him and just feeling annoyed all day &I’m struggling to regulate my feelings, especially when I’m feeling like this and he’s asking to play with him. (I don’t like playing with him &never have) I feel guilty when I’m feeling like this. So I’m asking if there’s any playgroups or activities I can take him too.
