Social interaction
Hi everyone! I'm so glad this group exists! I was wondering where you all take your kids to practice social interactions with kids their own age? My 3 year old is in daycare but I was looking for playdates with other children on the spectrum. Any places that offer that?

Hi Lori, I’m also up for play dates! Our son turns 5 next month. You can check out We Rock the Spectrum, it’s a kids gym and I’ve met some parents there as well and we exchanged some ideas etc. we also take our son to places he likes like Sky Zone and the Bubble, lots of kids go and there are areas specified by age (Sky Zone). Otherwise we also just go to a playground or park
Also check out Autism Ontario events. We did a holiday event they put on last year at the Rec Room for the kids and it was great
