So have y’all started to potty train? And what ways have you gone about doing it.

I also have a 13 month old daughter so we’ve been slacking on potty training because I don’t want to deal with that and the other baby at the same time haha. So if you have multiples give me all your tips. And if you’ve just done it even if they are an only child please help. I’d like to potty train both kids on the next year but have no idea where to start.

I tried a few months back but he just wasn’t interested. I plan on trying again soon because I want him to be ready for PreK 3.

13 month is on the young side. I have a 2 year old that turns 3 end of March and we haven’t even started potty training. My plan is to get him potty trained like we did his brother, before he turns 3. Waiting for him to show signs that he’s ready tho. When we trained my oldest he was ready. He showed signs that he was ready. We made it a game and didn’t pressure him. Rewarded when he did great and didn’t punish him when we had accidents.

My middle child is pooping and peeing in his potty but if we go to a park, I put a diaper on. He usually tells me that he wants to pee but since I'm not letting him sit on the public toilet, he's not peeing. I think we're at 50% of potty training. My oldest is 4 and potty trained. My 2 year old sees him as a role model and does everything my oldest does.

@Andreea Furey yeah I know my son is 2.5 also born on March. And then I have my daughter so I want to do her in the next year not necessarily now just trying to figure it out. Both kids I want to be potty trained by 2026
