If it’s not safe to use while breastfeeding, absolutely not. Wait until you’re done breastfeeding. I haven’t found one that is safe or doesn’t potentially harm supply while breastfeeding.

I didn’t even know this was a thing

Nope. I would never even consider it. Your breastmilk is made from your blood, not the contents of your stomach. Anything injected into your blood would be harmful as it's transferred to your baby directly. With that being said, there is not enough credible research to prove whether it's safe or not. That alone would give me pause. Have you talked to your medical provider? Unless prescribed buying from online manufacturing imposes a separate risk whether you are nursing or not. ASK A PROFESSIONAL!!! One woman's triumph story could be your worst nightmare.

@Tatiana I have no idea, just was curious if this is even possible or if you have to be done with breastfeeding before considering this medication

Tbh I found when I started dieting my milk supply disappeared so if you want to keep feeding, exercise only but maintain your intake.

I literally couldn’t even reduce my calories into a deficit if more than abt 200 until she was 6 months. Baby comes first 100% and I did lose weight just really slowly!!

If you're not breastfeeding, go for it. Otherwise, look up mashaspeachesfit_ on IG she is based in Ireland, and you can see how she approaches it.

You would have to stop breastfeeding and doing that postpartum is DANGEROUS. Your body is going through an extensive healing work the first year postpartum, doing stuff like this is not good AT ALL. I really wish women were educated on what happens in their bodies the first year postpartum because the healing is long, detailed and spans over 2years really. You have to give yourself time.
