I steamed our broccoli but did it a bit longer than usual so it was softer
@Irum I steamed it and then puréed it with some of her milk x
also do u try to sweeten their purees? if yes how ?
I just steamed it
@Irum I didn't add anything. We gave our LB a floret and I mashed some up to feed to him
@Irum I just sweeten them by adding some fruit, only started last week but we’ve done pumpkin and apple and broccoli with pear and she’s loved both. A little breastmilk too
