Won't go in pram or carrier after nursery anymore

LB has always hated the pram after nursery pick up which I put down to the fact he wants extra closeness and cuddles after being apart all day. So I started using the carrier instead which worked. But it doesn't anymore. He now screams in the carrier too which he's never done before. I've resorted to carrying him home "free range" which is problematic bevause A) I physically struggle with this and B) He still screams and tries to throw himself out of my arms?! What's going on? 😫

Is he walking now? I've found since my daughter started walking she really dislikes the pushchair. Think she just wants to be independent xx

@Grace no but he’s very close! I wonder if it’s just the frustration with that! Xx

Weirdly after nursery is like the only time my little one goes in the pram ok, I put it down to him being tired. I give a snack and water as soon as we’re out, don’t know if that might help?

@Natalie tried that 🥲 The last few nights we’ve had to put him in the pram as it’s been too cold to be carried free range, he needed tucked up with a blanket. He screamed for the first couple of minutes still but then was distracted by the headlights of all the cars, hoping if we just persevere now he’ll get over that first couple of minutes!
