Jasmine rice.

Basmati

Basmati

Jasmine, long grain, basmati, Arboro etc depends what the dish I’m cooking is! Usually just long grain rice though

Uncle Ben’s long grain rice

Jasmine rice only

basmati 🤭

Tilda basmati

Jasmine, basmati, Arborio, forbidden, long grain, whole grain… super depends on what dish I’m making 😅

Jasmine or basmati.

We do half long-grain and half sticky. Gives it a really nice texture

Wild rice

I like med grain rice for every day cooking and sometimes I’ll use Arborio for risotto. When I want a change or cooking something Jap I’ll use wild

Jasmine or basmati Long grain for rice and peas

It really depends on what you’re cooking. You wouldn’t, for example, make a risotto with basmati.

Basmati. Tilda is probably the best you can get in the UK supermarkets (if you’re from UK). So easy in a rice cooker but I do like making slow cooked Persian rice (rice chelo - tahdig) when I have time.

Sushi rice short grain
