Contraction timer

I got the mindful birth one. Mostly cause it was free unlike Freya 🤣.

I used the app “contraction timer” last time and will again this time round. It’s really good because it prompts you to call hospital when you’ve had so many contractions close together x

@Kirsten I went to hospital too early last time, so I could do with something like that!

I downloaded the Freya app, I haven’t had baby yet but I had a play around on the app and it does look good! If you’ve read the positive birth company book I think you’d like the app!

@Loren I bought the positive birth company course and thought it was included but it’s just a link to it 😂

@Lauren it's the same in the book, it points you to it but you have to pay. Granted, it isn't a lot but my husband and I both wanted to have it so decided to go for a free one instead!
