Lactating During Period
Hey Mamas! My son is 6 months old and I stopped breastfeeding at 4 months. I just got my 3rd period and this time my breasts look fuller. A couple nights ago I was showering and it seemed like one of my nipples was lactating. I squeezed because I thought I was going crazy and milk came out. I squeezed the other nipple and the same thing happened. I have not had any milk flow since. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you end up producing any milk? After that day my breasts have been back to normal.

So I believe this is happening to me right now. Been on my period this past week even though I’ve stopped breastfeeding and today I woke up engorged. I don’t want my breast to get used to this again because it was mentally draining. So hopefully after my period stops they go back to how it was
